We provide limited free support for users of our free templates

Before you contact us please view our Template support area, there are numerous pages of documentation and support posts for the majority of standard questions that we are asked on a regular basis.

If you can't find an answer to your problem in the template support section and you wish to contact us for support, please provide the following:

• Template name and URL of the template
• The URL of the website where the template is in use
  (if you do not provide a URL we can't provide help. If we can't see all of the changes that have been made to the template, we can't backtrace to find out why problems have arisen.)
• Exact problem you are facing
