The open source CSS templates showcased in this website are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 Unported License unless otherwise stated.
The IPR - Intellectual Property Rights belong to and stay with OS Templates and the their owner(s).
What is allowed:

Under the following terms

You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor.

If you re-use or distribute our work then you have to inform others of the licence that comes with the template(s)

You can not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our templates, modified or unmodified. All templates are the property of OS Templates.

You are not permitted to place any of our templates either modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium for redistribution, sale or resale.

You can not offer our templates for re-distribution of any kind without prior written consent from us.

You can not sell or offer our templates for sale. This also includes offering our templates as part of a product package. You can sell your services but not our templates.
Attribution
All templates that can be found within this site have credit links that can be found in the templates footer and in the various CSS files.
Credit link(s) must stay unmodified in all pages that use our template(s).
I DO NOT offer paid link removals or paid copyright removals.
Removing Credit Link(s)
All of the templates and digital work that can be found on http://www.os-templates.com/ have been filed globally with various Copyright Offices. If you misuse my digital work I will seek damages and you will be prosecuted.
If credit links and/or copyright information are/is intentionally removed from my digital work, then I will take legal action against those doing so.
Please respect my work, a lot of time and energy has been put into the work that can be found in this site.
Removing credit links from templates can and will result in legal action. It isn't hard to find out where my templates are being used and who is using them.

All images that are used within our live demonstrations are not in the downloadable zip file (placeholders are supplied) - we do not re-distribute 3rd party images.

Our templates come "as is" without any kind of warranty. In no event shall OS Templates be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our templates.
